Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable
- Used or installed straps/hardware
- Custom or special-order configurations marked final sale
- Items damaged by misuse after delivery
How to Start a Return
Email sales@biministraps.com or call 800-886-4926. We’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective
Contact us immediately with photos. We’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.
